Each part of Brigg in the left-hand menu has its own chapter here: what it is for, what it is commonly used for, and how every screen and field works.
The chapters
- Customer service — one shared inbox for email, web chat and phone, with the agent answering first.
- Customers — the CRM: your customer companies and contacts, the sales pipeline and the price list — kept up to date by the agent.
- Meetings — your calendar, the meetings you record, and what comes out of them — prepared beforehand, summarised afterwards, with follow-ups and booking links.
- Documents — the company's document archive — shared folders, your own files, templates, and living documents the agent can write for you.
- Signing — send documents for electronic signature, follow who has opened and signed, and keep the signed copies.
- Newsletters — newsletters in your company's own design, written by the agent and sent to the contacts you already have in Customers.
- Registration Only in Norway — found a limited company or a sole proprietorship through the Brønnøysund Register Centre, from the first answer to the organisation number, in one place.
- Your own apps — build the tools your company is missing — apps and websites — by describing them to the agent, then change them with a sentence.
- Automations and connections — let Brigg do things on its own at set times or when something happens, and connect Brigg to the other systems your company uses.
