Owners and administrators open Company settings from the profile menu, or from the gear next to the organisation name. Other members can reach the pages they may see through the link at the top of Personal settings; there, most pages are read-only. Admin
The pages
- General — the company's Name, organisation number (locked), Domain, Default language and Invoice email. Under More domains, add the other email domains your colleagues use. Let colleagues in directly lets anyone with an address on your domains join without approval. The owner can delete the workspace here.
- Design system — the company's icon and logo, and the design manual Brigg made from your website. Regenerate makes it again (administrators; uses credit).
- Profile — a background text about the company, which the agent reads in every conversation. Generate from the website writes a first version.
- Security — how much of the open web the agent may use: open, restricted to a list, or closed.
- Privacy — how long meeting transcripts are kept, and whether Brigg reminds hosts to tell participants that AI is in use.
- Menu — which parts of Brigg the menu shows, and to whom. See Menu.
- Users — invite and manage colleagues. See Users and roles.
- Sales stages — the stages of your sales pipeline.
- Connections, Integrations and Webhooks — connect other systems. See Connections: MCP servers and APIs, Integrations, Webhooks.
- Automation — the company's automations. See Automations and connections.
- Credits and usage — see Credits and usage.
- Deliverability — how much email the workspace may send, and how it is being received.
- Domains — buy a domain and manage its DNS. See Domains.
