Open your name at the bottom of the left-hand menu and choose Personal settings. Everything here is yours alone, and most of it saves automatically.
General
- Name — how colleagues, meetings and the agent see you. Saved when you leave the field or press Enter.
- Language — Norsk, English, Svenska or Dansk. Changes at once and follows your account to every device.
- Notifications — Email me when someone signs a document I sent. On by default; the email carries the signed PDF.
- Delete account — deletes your account. Workspaces where you are the only administrator are deleted with it; you stay out of the others. You confirm by typing a word.
Light or dark mode is not here: it is under Appearance in the profile menu.
Connected accounts
Connect Google or Microsoft to sync your calendar. For each connection you choose:
- Calendars kept in sync — which of your calendars Brigg follows.
- What the agent can do on your behalf — for example send email as you, and create calendar invitations as you. Whether it asks first is decided under Permissions.
Disconnect removes the connection and everything it allowed.
Automation
The automations the agent has set up for you — for example a weekly reminder. Turn each one off, or remove it.
Permissions
What the agent may do in your name. See Permissions.
Meetings
How your meetings are transcribed, shared and summarised: meeting languages, who your meetings are shared with, joining meetings automatically, a reminder before a meeting starts, summaries by email, advice during meetings, meeting templates, programs that are not meetings, and hiding Brigg's windows when you share your screen.
Dictionary
Words and names Brigg should spell right in transcripts and summaries — product names, people's names, industry terms. Add them with Add. A word can be yours alone, or shared with the whole workspace.
Agent email
Your agent's own email address. See The agent's email address.
MCP connections
Let an AI tool such as Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor read what you can see in Brigg. Copy the server address into the tool to connect it. Connected tools are listed with what they may read and when they were last used; Remove access disconnects one.
Active sessions
The devices you are signed in on: browsers, the desktop app, the mobile app and the Chrome extension, with when each was signed in and last used. Sign out on a row signs that device out. Sign out everywhere signs you out on every device, the one you are using included, and you sign back in with the link we email you.
