Every person in a workspace has their own agent. It is not a chatbot on the side: it reads and writes the same data you can, across every part of Brigg you have access to, and it sees the screen you are on.
What it can do
- Knows your business. It has read your company's website and profile, and works from your customers, meetings and documents.
- Answers and acts. Ask it to find something, sum something up, fill in records, write a quote or a newsletter, or set something up — and it does it, rather than telling you how.
- Knows the companies in the register. It can look up any Norwegian company: registry facts, board and management, key figures, and what the company's own website says.
- Shows you data as a table when you ask to see records, and changes many records in one go when you ask it to.
- Builds apps and websites for jobs Brigg does not cover out of the box. Larger work runs as its own task with its own card, while you carry on.
- Makes pictures for a website or a newsletter it designs, and draws a specific image on request.
- Runs errands. It can write to people on your behalf and follow up when they answer.
- Has its own email address. See The agent's email address.
What it may not do
The agent never does more than you yourself may do in Brigg. Anything done in your name outside Brigg — sending an email as you, putting a meeting in someone's calendar, texting or ringing someone, using your browser — asks you first, unless you have said otherwise. See Permissions.
How far the agent may reach on the open web is decided for the whole company under Company settings › Security.
