Finding your way around

The left-hand menu, the screens under each part of Brigg, and how it all looks on a phone.

The left-hand menu

From the top:

  • The organisation you are working in. Click it to switch between your organisations. See Organisations.
  • Search — searches everything at once. See Search.
  • The parts of Brigg: Home, Customers, Customer service, Meetings, Signing, Documents and Newsletters, followed by your company's own apps and websites.
  • New app — describe an app you need and the agent builds it.
  • Credit — the workspace's balance. See Credits and usage.
  • Your name — opens the profile menu.

An administrator can hide parts of the menu that a team does not use. See Menu.

Screens inside a part

When a part of Brigg is open, its screens are listed under it in the menu — for example Companies, Contacts, Deals and Products under Customers. A part with a gear next to it has its own settings, such as each inbox in Customer service.

The profile menu

Click your name at the bottom of the menu:

  • Credits and usage Admin
  • Company settings Admin — see Company settings.
  • Personal settings — your own settings. See Personal settings.
  • My contact in Customers — your own contact card.
  • Help & documentation — opens this manual.
  • Appearance — Automatic follows your computer's light or dark mode; Light and Dark fix it.
  • Log out.

On a phone

On a narrow screen the menu folds into a menu button at the top, and the screens inside a part become tabs under the title. The agent opens as a panel from the right, showing what it is looking at, with Close to put it away.
