Brigg is free to use. The agent's work — and a few things that cost money outside Brigg, such as text messages and phone calls — is paid for from the workspace's credit. The current prices are on the pricing page.
The credit in the menu
Credit at the bottom of the left-hand menu shows the balance. Owners and administrators can click it to open Credits and usage.

- Balance, Included in plan and Used since refill.
- Current plan Admin — can be changed here.
- Add payment method — during the trial, adding a payment method is what carries the workspace on afterwards.
- Buy credit and Manage payment — top up, and change the card or see receipts.
- Storage — how much space shared and personal documents take.
- History — every spend, named after what it was for, such as a conversation with the agent, a meeting transcription or a text message.
When the credit runs out
The agent pauses and Brigg tells you so, with a button to buy credit or add a payment method. Nothing is deleted.
