This chapter covers two things that make Brigg work beyond its own screens. Automations are rules that run by themselves — every morning, or the moment something changes. Connections are how Brigg and the other systems your company uses reach each other.
Common uses
- A summary every morning of new customer enquiries, sent to you by the agent.
- Follow-up tasks after every meeting, created the moment a meeting ends.
- A monthly clean-up of old contacts, which touches exactly the records you expect.
- Your CRM or recruiting system feeding customers and candidates into meetings, and meeting notes going back.
- The agent using your own tools — an online shop, an accounting system or your own API.
- Meeting summaries sent to your own systems the moment they are ready.
- Asking questions about your Brigg data from Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor.

Who can do what
Every member can have the agent set up automations of their own, and connect their own AI tools to Brigg. Company-wide automations, connections, integrations and webhooks are managed by owners and administrators; members can see which integrations are connected.
