Nynorsk — the register answers in Bokmål unless you switch this on.

Articles of association

Standard articles are drafted from what you have already filled in: name, address, purpose and share capital. Purpose is taken from what the company will do, and you can rewrite it here.

The company

  • Part of a group — another company owns more than half of this one, or this one owns more than half of another.
  • Has employees from the start — gives the company employer obligations from day one.
  • Register in the Register of Business Enterprises — for a sole proprietorship only. Required when the business trades in goods or has more than five employees, among other things, and carries its own fee. A limited company is always registered there.

Notices from the register
