For a limited company: how much the owners put in, and who owns how much. Only in Norway

Share capital
Total the owners put in is the share capital in kroner. The money stays in the company's account — it is not an expense. Next to it you see the number of Shares and the Price per share. Ownership is kept in shares, so when you change the amount, the price per share changes and every owner keeps their share.
Under Advanced on this screen you can change the Number of shares; the number of shares times the price per share is the share capital.
Owners
Each owner is a row with their name, masked national identity number, percentage, how much they pay in, and their number of Shares. Type the number of shares in the field. The In total line adds up the shares and kroner; if not all shares are allocated, it is marked.
Press Add an owner — a person or a company to add a person. To have a company as owner, ask the agent to add it with its organisation number. A company signs through a person: that person signs the memorandum of association, and the register checks that they are allowed to.
A person's details
Open a row with the arrow to fill in or change a person:
- First name, Middle name (optional) and Last name.
- National identity number — eleven digits. The field is always empty: a stored number is never shown, only masked. Type eleven digits to replace it. The register checks it against the National Population Register.
- Home address — looked up in the cadastre, like every address in the filing.
- Email for signing — where the link to sign is sent.
A row that is missing something opens by itself.
