When you, or the agent on your behalf, send an email to a contact from Brigg, it shows up under that person and their company — on the Email tab and in the activity timeline. Nobody has to file or forward it.

What each row shows
The subject, who sent it, which of the customer's addresses it went to, and when. On a company you see only the company's own people on each email, even if the same email also went to someone elsewhere. The email's text is not shown here.
What is included
- Emails sent with Send email in Brigg.
- Emails the agent sent in your name, once you approved them.
Only addresses the email actually reached are listed, and only people who are contacts in Customers — never your colleagues.
What is not included
- Meeting summaries emailed after a meeting — the meeting itself is on the timeline.
- Newsletters.
- Replies in Customer service, which live in their conversation and on the Customer service tab.
- Email sent from your own email program outside Brigg.
Who sees it
An email is visible to the whole workspace, unless it was sent from something private — such as a private meeting — in which case only the sender sees it.
