A CRM is only useful when it is filled in, so Brigg does most of the typing. Some of it happens in the background as soon as a company or contact exists; the rest is the agent's research when it writes the brief.
Filled in at once
- The logo, fetched from the company's website.
- The website and domain, when the company was created from an email address.
- The registered details Only in Norway and Sweden — the registered name, organisation number and address, from the company register. Picking the company in the register when you add it does this at once; otherwise Brigg looks it up when it can match the company with certainty.
- A contact's real name and photo from the address book of a connected Google or Microsoft account.
Researched by the agent
When the agent writes the brief, it also fills in what is still missing: the industry, a description, the organisation number, a person's title, company and LinkedIn profile, and a photo. It looks on the company's website, in the company register and on the web, as far as your workspace's web access allows (Company settings › Security).
A photo the agent found on the web carries a Not …? badge until someone confirms it. See The contact page.
What you type always wins
Brigg and the agent only ever fill empty fields. A field a person has filled in is never overwritten — if something is wrong, correct it under Edit and it stays corrected.
Key figures
Only in Norway
For a Norwegian company with an organisation number, the number of employees, the head office and the latest revenue and net result are read live from the Brønnøysund Register Centre each time the page opens. They are not stored on the company, so they are always current.
